Monroe Industries was founded by Monroe & Pauline Frerich in June of 1971 with 2 employees. Each year thereafter, the company sales have increased steadily to the present level in excess of $3.5 million per year. The company now employs 28 persons including Management, Engineering, Machinists, and Welders. We attribute this steady growth to our dedication to customer needs, and to our determination to buy quality, technological state-of-the-art machines to produce quality products with reasonable cost.Assisting in the management of this High Tech operation are Randy Frerich, Vice-President / General Manager, Duane Frerich, Vice President/Production Manager, and Janet Frerich, Secratary/Treasurer.

We buy and maintain state-of-the-art CNC equipment and CAD/CAM software to provide you with quality parts, improve our productivity to lower your costs, and offer new solutions to your machining requirements.
We have over 22,500 sq. ft. in our manufacturing facility and over 2 acres of outdoor storage area for raw materials.
Customers may audit our Quality Control Department to assure themselves that we can meet their quality needs. We maintain a Quality Manual to comply with API 6A-Q1, Mil-Q-9858A, and Mil-I-45208A.
